These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by EUROPAKRAFT JOBS SRL, trading as Talstak Talent Solutions (“Talstak”, “we”, “our”, “us”), registered in Romania.
By engaging our services or using our website at talstak.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
Talstak provides talent acquisition, HR consulting, employer branding, marketing, automation, web delivery, and compliance services to business clients and individuals across EMEA. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.
Clients agree to:
Both parties agree to treat as confidential all proprietary information shared during an engagement. Talstak will not disclose client information or candidate data to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or for the delivery of agreed services.
All deliverables produced by Talstak for a client (e.g., strategies, templates, reports) transfer to the client upon full payment. Talstak retains rights to general frameworks, methodologies, and tooling not specific to the client engagement.
Talstak's total liability for any claim arising from the delivery of services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Talstak is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Timișoara, Romania.
