Our partner, a leading engineering services provider in the Ingolstadt automotive hub, is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead delivery for complex ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) software projects.
What you will do
- •Take end-to-end responsibility for complex automotive software projects, ensuring time, budget, and quality targets are met
- •Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising software developers, testers, and system architects
- •Act as the primary interface for major OEM clients, managing expectations, requirements, and project reporting
- •Implement and drive agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) within the context of ASPICE compliance
- •Identify project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies
What you bring
- •Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Informatics
- •Several years of project management experience in software development within the automotive industry
- •Strong understanding of automotive software lifecycles (V-Model, agile frameworks, ASPICE)
- •High level of organizational talent, assertiveness, and leadership skills to drive technical teams
- •Fluent in English and German (B2 level is mandatory), with excellent presentation skills
