To support continued growth, we are looking for a commercially minded leader who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and guiding engineering teams.
What you will do
- •Build and expand long-term relationships with existing customers
- •Identify and win new business opportunities in the automotive and embedded software sector
- •Understand customer requirements and help shape technical and commercial proposals
- •Lead contract negotiations and support successful project agreements
- •Act as a key interface between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders
- •Support high quality project delivery and customer satisfaction
- •Mentor and support engineering teams in their professional development
- •Contribute to growing the organisation by supporting recruitment and interviewing candidates
What you bring
- •A technical degree in engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
- •Several years of experience in business development, sales, or project management within automotive or embedded software
- •A strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with technical understanding
- •A customer focused approach and the ability to build trusted partnerships
- •Strong communication and negotiation skills
- •A commercially driven and proactive working style
- •The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with teams
- •Willingness to travel to support customers and projects
- •Fluency in English and German (B2 level is mandatory)
