At Talstak, we connect top-tier tech talent with innovative companies. We are currently expanding our own team and looking for a driven Freelance Tech Recruiter to join us.
What you will do
- •Source, identify, and engage top tech talent (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers) for our clients across Europe
- •Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from active sourcing to offer negotiation
- •Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment
- •Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for active and future roles
- •Act as a trusted advisor to our team, providing insights on the current tech talent market
What you bring
- •Proven track record as a Tech Recruiter, either in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment
- •Deep understanding of the tech landscape, common roles, and modern tech stacks
- •Experience using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, GitHub, StackOverflow, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- •Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates
- •Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- •European Union residency is mandatory
- •Fluency in English (German is highly appreciated)
