We need a Customer Success Lead to institutionalize best practices and ensure world-class retention across our European customer base.
What you will do
- •Develop and refine the customer onboarding journey
- •Manage a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, ensuring high NPS and health scores
- •Identify expansion opportunities and lead upsell initiatives
- •Build out the Customer Success playbook and internal tooling
- •Act as the 'voice of the customer' within internal product discussions
What you bring
- •4+ years in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment
- •Analytical mindset with experience in churn prediction and health monitoring
- •Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- •Ability to build rapport with HR and Operations leadership
- •Passion for improving user experience and driving adoption
