We are looking for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical AI potential and real-world business value.
What you will do
- •Lead AI maturity assessments for enterprise clients
- •Develop strategic roadmaps for LLM integration and workflow automation
- •Facilitate workshops with C-level stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases
- •Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the delivery of proof-of-concepts
- •Define KPIs and ROI frameworks for AI transformation projects
What you bring
- •5+ years in management consulting or digital transformation leadership
- •Strong conceptual understanding of machine learning and generative AI
- •Proven track record of managing complex client relationships
- •Fluency in English and German (B2 level is mandatory)
- •Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
